Most things in Bleed are self-explanatory. But if you need a hand, start here.
Getting started
Download Bleed, open it, and tap the day your period starts. That's it. No account, no setup wizard.
Export your data
Go to Settings > Export Data. You'll get a CSV file with your full cycle history. Send it to yourself, save it, share it with your doctor.
Doctor's report
Get a printable summary of your cycle history for your doctor. Settings > Doctor's Report. PDF or print.
App security
Your data lives on your phone. Bleed supports Face ID and Touch ID if you want an extra lock. Nothing gets transmitted anywhere.
Delete your account
There is no account. To delete your data, go to Settings > Delete All Data. One tap and it's gone. No ghost copies, no retention period.
Something not working?
Try closing and reopening the app. If the issue persists, email info@mybleed.io with a description of what's happening. I'll get back to you within 48 hours.
