Terms of Service

Plain-language summary

By using Bleed, you agree to track your health on your own terms. The app is free, has no ads, and no data collection. You need to create an account to use it (email, Google, or Apple sign-in). Everything you log stays on your phone. We can't see it and we can't recover it if you lose your phone, so back up your data regularly using the export feature in Settings. Donations are optional and processed through RevenueCat. If you want a refund on a donation, email us. This app is for personal tracking, not medical advice. Talk to a doctor for that. You can stop using the app anytime by deleting your account in Settings or uninstalling.

1. Agreement to terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a legal agreement between you and BUCHLING LTD, registered at 123 Promenade, Second Floor, Cheltenham, England, GL50 1NW, company number 16173056 (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

You are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate registration information

You may only create one account per person. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Data and privacy

Your health data is stored on your device only. We do not have access to it and cannot retrieve it. The only information we store on our servers is your email address (for authentication) and donation records (if applicable).

Full details of how we handle your information are set out in our Privacy Policy.

6. Data backup and recovery

You are solely responsible for backing up your data. The App provides a data export feature in Settings that lets you download your data as a JSON file. You can upload this file back into the App to restore your data.

We have no ability to recover your data if your device is lost, stolen, damaged, or reset. We accept no liability for data loss resulting from device failure, operating system updates, or failure to maintain backups.

7. Donations

Donations are voluntary and do not unlock additional features or functionality. Donations are processed by RevenueCat, a third-party payment provider. By making a donation, you also agree to RevenueCat's terms of service and privacy policy.

Donations are refundable. To request a refund, email us at info@mybleed.io. Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis.
